The apartment features a smart TV, so you can stream using your own Chromecast, Apple TV, Samsung tablet or mobile phone, etc. There is a separate sitting and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Each has its own air conditioning. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, washbasin and toilet. A parking space is reserved in the underground car park.

In the Oasis Beach XI complex, there are three gates that give you, as a tenant, access to the estate. This means that this is not always the gate closest to the rented apartment. However, you can leave the estate via any of the gates.
